Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications and leases, manage renewals and evictions, and promote resident satisfaction through effective communication and social media.

You will handle rent collections, move-ins/outs, and maintain property data while supporting outreach to boost visibility and community engagement. This on-site role requires flexibility with schedules and adherence to Fair Housing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service or apartment leasing experience.
• Accounting background plus customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects professionally and assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications including credit checks and rental history verification and seek approval.
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare for move-ins and obtain signatures.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs; send renewal notices and update data.
• Collect rents, enforce lease terms, track fees, and initiate evictions as needed.
• Respond to resident inquiries promptly and resolve service issues to boost satisfaction.
• Follow eviction procedures and coordinate court representation as required.
• Conduct market research and outreach marketing; update Radix or equivalent tools.
