Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and handle rent collections with a focus on resident satisfaction and property visibility.

You will show apartments, complete move-ins and move-outs, enforce lease terms, and keep management software updated. The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and adherence to Fair Housing requirements, with a flexible onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in customer service or apartment leasing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications including credit checks and rental history verification and follow up with applicants.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare them for move-ins, obtain signatures, and provide community orientation.
• Manage lease renewals, send renewal notices, and handle move-outs based on lease terms.
