Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or apartment leasing; accounting experience helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management basics.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally, assist with applications and deposits, and follow Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications including credit checks and rental history; obtain approvals from the Community Manager.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare for move-ins, and collect signatures for leases and renewals.
