Job summary

RPM Living seeks an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and promote resident satisfaction at a on-site community. The role involves handling rent collections, evictions when needed, and maintaining strong communication with residents.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service or apartment leasing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits per procedures.
• Process applications (credit checks and rental history) and follow up.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move-ins, and obtain signatures.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs; update property management software.
• Handle rental collections and enforce lease terms.
• Respond to resident inquiries to maintain satisfaction; resolve issues promptly.
• Follow eviction procedures and assist in court proceedings when needed.
• Conduct market research and update Radix (or equivalent) as needed.
• Maintain an active social media presence to boost visibility.
