RPM Living is seeking a proactive Leasing Associate to drive apartment tours, applications and resident engagement at the property level in Missouri. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, process leases, coordinate move-ins and maintain a positive, service-oriented presence with the community.

Responsibilities include managing showings, updating availability, handling applications and deposits, supporting social media efforts, and collaborating with maintenance and management to ensure tenant

Qualifications

• Assist prospects with applications and deposits, adhering to procedures.
• Handle leasing paperwork and credit checks in line with policies.
• Maintain knowledge of available units and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule virtual, self-guided, and in-person tours.
• Greet prospects and qualify using guest cards in Lead Management Software.
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare move-ins with signatures.
• Support social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
• Promote resident satisfaction by responding to complaints and requests.
• Close sales, arrange appointments, generate leads, and follow up.
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within budget.
• Represent the community positively to meet property objectives.
• Encourage resident retention through events and hosting activities.
• Complete lease, move-in, and checkout paperwork timely.
• Attend weekly and daily goal-setting meetings.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt service responses.
