Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and promote resident satisfaction. This on-site role requires customer service excellence and experience in apartment leasing.

You will handle rent collections, renewals, and move-outs, while maintaining data in our property software. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least one year in leasing or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Background in accounting plus customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications (credit checks, rental history) for approval and update applicants.
• Show apartments, finalize move-ins, and obtain signatures on documents.
• Manage lease renewals and move-outs, and update property management software.
• Oversee rental collections and enforce lease terms to maintain revenue.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Follow eviction procedures and assist with court proceedings as needed.
• Conduct market research and update property platforms and Radix as required.
• Support social media presence to boost visibility and engagement; complete paperwork for leases and moves.
