Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and promote resident satisfaction.

You will handle rent collections, evictions when needed, and enhance property visibility through effective communication and social media. This on-site role requires 1+ year in leasing or customer service with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year in customer service or apartment leasing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history verification; obtain Community Manager approval.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare move-ins, and obtain signatures on paperwork.
