RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications and manage leases. You will handle rent collections, renewals, and evictions with a focus on resident satisfaction and property visibility.

The role requires at least one year in customer service or apartment leasing, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic project management. This is an on-site position with market-competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• A background in accounting combined with customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in our Lead Management Software and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications, credit checks and rental history, and follow up on status.
• Show apartments, close sales, prepare for move-ins and obtain signatures.
• Manage lease renewals, notices, move-outs, and update property software.
• Oversee rent collections, enforce lease terms and handle evictions when needed.
• Respond promptly to complaints and requests to boost resident satisfaction and retention.
• Follow eviction procedures and represent in court when required.
• Conduct market research and outreach marketing to improve property visibility.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to enhance engagement and visibility.
