This on-site role requires strong customer service, basic accounting aptitude, and experience with leasing software. You will handle rent collections, evictions when needed, renewals, and market outreach to boost property visibility and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, assist with applications, and collect deposits.
• Process applications, credit checks, and move-in paperwork.
• Show apartments and close leases; manage renewals.
• Handle rent collections and evictions per policy.
• Maintain on-site social media and promote community visibility.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing.
