Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and handle rent collections with professional discretion. You will promote resident satisfaction and property visibility through effective communication and social media outreach.

On-site roles require a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some weekdays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing; accounting background with customer service preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects professionally using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications (credit checks and rental history) and seek Community Manager approval.
• Show apartments, prepare for move-ins, obtain signatures, and provide community orientation.
• Manage lease renewals, issue renewal notices, and handle move-outs as per lease terms.
