Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a part-time Community Assistant to join our team in Eugene, OR. The role supports the Leasing Manager by delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, while assisting with tours, applications, and lease documentation.

Office hours are 9am-7pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts 10-5 and some evenings. We offer a benefits package, training, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative culture.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or property management experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist residents and visitors, delivering superior customer service.
• Assist leasing managers with property tours and processing applications.
• Maintain organized office files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support leasing functions and prep lease documents as needed.
• Plan and help execute resident events and community engagement activities.
