Job summary

Affinity Property Management, LLC. is hiring a Leasing Consultant for in-person work at two multi-family properties in Eugene, OR. The role requires a friendly, sales-minded professional who can manage tours, leases, and resident relations while coordinating with the Property Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Employment Type: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Location: This position will be in-person supporting two multi-family apartment communities in Eugene, OR. You will be working out of one office.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday from 8:00am - 5:00pm

Reports to: Property Manager

Compensation Package:

• Competitive hourly pay range of $20.00 - $20.00
• Leasing and renewal commission opportunities

Administrative:

• Provide tours to prospective and current residents
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents

• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
• Ensure the timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
• Other duties as assigned by Property Manager

Resident Experience:

• Engage with your prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
• Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager

What You’ll Need:

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and ambition for continuous professional development
• Approximately 80% in office environment using a computer and phone
• Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require the ability to climb stairs, ladders and maneuver walkways
• Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
