Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance and hands-on leasing duties are required, with emphasis on customer service and data accuracy.

The role supports lease administration, tours, lead generation, and retention initiatives, while maintaining model units and assisting with marketing efforts. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Experience delivering quality customer service or leasing guidance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct all leasing functions needed to close the sale, including appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Provide general office support and handle resident requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in developing resident retention programs and events.
• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents and enforce community policies.
