Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and showcase features.
• Process applications, deposits, and lease paperwork.
• Handle inquiries and maintain guest cards.
• Prepare applications for approval and orient residents.
• Support marketing and leasing activities.
• Monitor market conditions and update reports.
• Manage service requests and plan resident events.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
