Asset Living seeks a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property. The role requires daily on-site presence, leasing prospective residents, and delivering exceptional service. You will handle tours, paperwork, and follow-ups to meet leasing goals.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Property Leasing and Administration
• On-site attendance required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Close sales with appointments, leads, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction
• Assist in resident retention programs and outreach activities
• Maintain office and common areas
• Review market surveys and stay informed on market conditions
