Horizon Realty Advisors is seeking a Community Assistant to support the Leasing Manager and deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. This entry-level role emphasizes creating a welcoming community experience through strong communication, organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

The role includes greeting residents, managing packages, maintaining files, assisting in tours, processing applications, and helping plan events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors and residents professionally and deliver superior customer service.
• Manage incoming packages using onsite package management system.
• Maintain organized office files and ensure documentation is completed on time.
• Support leasing functions, including tours, applications, and lease documents.
• Assist in planning resident events and community engagement activities.
