• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Reliable with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Conduct tours and generate new leads.
• Assist in marketing and on/off-campus events.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone promptly.
• Maintain detailed logs and resident records.
• Represent Landmark Properties professionally and uphold fair housing.
