Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. seeks a Community Ambassador in Raleigh to lead leasing, marketing, and resident experience efforts. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, conduct tours, and help maximize occupancy year over year while coordinating events and campaigns.

Responsibilities include promoting the community, handling inquiries, maintaining accurate logs, and ensuring policy compliance. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, and availability for

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Self-discipline and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office or related software.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends; summer/Turn periods.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand Housing Contracts and clearly communicate details to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales by generating leads, completing guest cards, scheduling and conducting tours, and following up with leads.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in on- and off-campus marketing events.
• Assist with email/text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs; log activities and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a positive community environment and assist with resident concerns by escalating as needed.
• Perform daily opening/closing checklists, log maintenance requests, and log packages; enforce policies per the Housing Contract and Fair Housing laws.
