The Community Ambassador at Landmark Properties, Inc. guides prospective residents through the leasing process and delivers exceptional service to maximize occupancy year over year.

This role supports planning marketing events and tours, while meeting sales goals set by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager. You must communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently, including evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Accounting, Information Technology, or Public Relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Must be reliable and have self-discipline.
• Strong organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales per LEASE guidelines.
• Generate new leads, schedule & conduct tours, and follow up on inquiries.
• Assist in promoting the community via social media and campus events.
• Enter maintenance requests, log activities, and communicate with residents.
• Enforce housing policies and handle resident concerns with escalation as needed.
• Participate in Turn-related activities like move-ins/move-outs and unit inspections.
