Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Raleigh to welcome prospective residents, guide tours, and help close leases while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with the Leasing & Marketing Manager to meet occupancy goals, participate in marketing events, and promote the community online. A high school diploma is required; pursuing a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor's degree program in a relevant major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through leasing process and close sales.
• Assist in marketing events and social media promotions.
• Maintain daily property operations and detailed activity logs.
• Respond to inquiries promptly by phone or email.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and policies.
• Schedule and conduct tours; follow up on leads.
