Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and assist in closing sales.
• Assist in planning and participating in marketing events and social media promotion.

• Conduct tours and lead follow-ups with prospects.
• Maintain a positive resident experience and resolve concerns with management.
• Enter maintenance requests and support move-in/move-out processes.
