Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador to welcome prospective and current residents, guide them through leasing, and help maximize occupancy. You will support marketing efforts, community events, and striving to meet sales goals under the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

You must communicate effectively, meet deadlines, and manage your time efficiently while preserving a positive environment and professional representation of Landmark Properties.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree program preferred (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsabilidades

• Guide residents through leasing process and close sales per LEASE guidelines.
• Schedule and conduct tours; generate leads and follow up.
• Assist in community marketing and on/off-campus events.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and maintain detailed logs of activity in prospect and resident accounts.
