Job summary

Greystar seeks an Assistant Community Manager for Agora Stone Oak in San Antonio, TX. You will support the Community Manager in handling financial operations, rent collections, and reporting using Yardi/OneSite.

This role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication, and meticulous bookkeeping to ensure revenue integrity and tenant satisfaction. The position is full-time and on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum in residence life and/or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent, fees, and other payments; prepare daily deposits and reconcile bank accounts.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite; ensure data accuracy and perform system updates.
• Review resident accounts for delinquencies; enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Review and submit vendor invoices; coordinate with owner and accounting.
• Follow procedures for evictions and represent the community in court when needed.
• Process move-outs; apply deposits and applicable fees.
• Assist leasing and marketing by greeting prospects and guiding rental applications.
