Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Community Assistant Manager to support financial and operational facets of a rental community. You will handle rent collection, invoicing, and bank deposits while using Yardi/OneSite to record all financial activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing resident accounts, pursuing delinquencies, and coordinating with vendors and the owner. This role also supports leasing, tours, and guest card intake to drive occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related field.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management handling operations, sales, and customer service.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Collects and posts rent, processes invoices, and maintains daily financial records.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) with accurate data entry and backups.
• Reviews balances, communicates with residents on delinquencies, and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates with owners and accounting.
• Supports on-site leadership, coordinates maintenance tasks, and assists in leasing and marketing efforts.
