Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial operations and guest services at a multi-family property in San Antonio. You will handle daily rent collection, monthly close, vendor payments, and financial reporting using Yardi/OneSite, while ensuring lease compliance and maximizing revenue.

The role requires 1-3 years in property management, strong communication, and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related field.
• 1-3 years minimum in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, processes invoices, and prepares financial reports daily.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and maintains data integrity.
• Review delinquent balances and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate payments and approvals.
• Assist eviction procedures following notice requirements and court hearings.
• Handle move-outs and disposition per lease terms.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing questions and service issues.
• Act as on-site supervisor in manager’s absence.
• Assist in leasing and marketing by showing units and collecting deposits.
