Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for Allora Alamo Heights in San Antonio, TX. You will manage day-to-day operations, lead a on-site team, and drive occupancy and revenue growth at a Greystar-managed community.

This role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach. Onsite employment includes a comprehensive benefits package and housing discounts where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and budget performance.
• Lead on-site team, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Enforce leasing process, applications, renewals, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and timely response to requests.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and property inspections.
