The role requires 2+ years in customer service with management experience, plus strong written and verbal skills. Weekend/overtime may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth at a premier multifamily community.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years customer service experience and be able to pass fair housing exam.
• Must have prior manager experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement is required.
• Affordable Program experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive at the community.
• Provide a personalized experience focused on care and convenience for residents.
• Engage with residents and maintain positive relationships while managing expectations.
• Respond to resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Act as communication hub for community happenings via portal and postings.
• Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities to add value outside the apartments.
• Identify opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
