SARES REGIS Group is seeking an experienced Resident Services Manager for our 759-unit Oak Creek community in Palo Alto, CA. The role focuses on greeting residents, delivering personalized experiences, and driving engagement through events and proactive service.

You’ll respond to concerns promptly, communicate community happenings, and identify opportunities to boost resident happiness within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience with ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Must have manager experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement a must!
• Affordable Program experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Must have a current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to our community.
• Provide a personalized experience with care and convenience for residents.
• Engage with residents, maintaining positive relationships and fulfill expectations.
• Respond to resident complaints and concerns professionally and timely.
• Act as the communication center via portal and postings.
• Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
