Sares Regis Group Residential is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator / Concierge for our Menlo Park community. You will greet residents and guests, deliver personalized service, and foster ongoing positive relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling resident events, communicating community happenings, and resolving concerns promptly. This role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience with ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement a must.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to our community.
• Provide a personalized experience with care and convenience for residents.
• Engage with residents to maintain positive relationships and meet expectations.
• Respond to resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Act as the communication center providing residents with community happenings via portal postings.
