Sares Regis Group Residential is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for the Colonnade Apartments in Los Altos, CA. This role focuses on greeting prospects and residents, delivering a personalized experience, and maintaining vibrant community engagement at a 167-unit property.

The position requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to manage events and daily operations. Work is on-site with a schedule Mon-Fri; weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of excellent customer service experience.
• Ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with file audits and resident engagement.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive at the community.
• Provide a personalized experience with emphasis on care and convenience for residents.
• Engage with residents to foster positive relationships and ensure expectations are met.
• Respond to resident complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
• Act as the communication hub, sharing community happenings via portal and postings.
