Job summary

Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of our apartment community. You will implement company policies and ensure regulatory compliance, financial controls, and resident satisfaction.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of property management experience, strong English communication, and a willingness to lead a team. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, CAM/ARM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, and train on-site staff.
• Maintain rent rolls, delinquencies, and financial records.
• Ensure leasing practices comply with laws and company policies.
• Oversee maintenance, renovations, and vendor relationships.
