Greystar in Seattle is seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator for The Residences at Rainier Square to deliver outstanding customer service to prospective and current tenants and to support property staff in planning resident activities.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage guest suite schedules, keep local area info, coordinate events, process work orders, and help maintain a welcoming, well-organized community.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge about the neighborhood to assist residents and guests.
• Proficiency with computers, internet, and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property, as well as assists with utility set-up and deliverance of packages and package claim reminders.
