Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents and to support property staff with resident activities. The role emphasizes accurate administration, timely follow-up, and clear communication to promote a high quality living experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating resident events, orienting residents, handling issues, preparing reports, and supporting maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident functions and activities, orients residents to the property, and assists with package delivery and reminders.
• Develops and publishes property newsletters with events, resident services, and advertisements.
• Handles resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reports.
• Schedules activity center rentals and collects applicable fees.
• Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and notes items for repair.
