Job summary

Greystar seeks a Residents Lifestyle Coordinator to support daily community management, assist with move-ins, and help plan events. You will work closely with the Community Manager and Leasing Consultants to coordinate programs, tours, and resident marketing activities.

The role involves greeting prospects, answering calls, managing schedules, and ensuring amenities are ready for use. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or leasing is preferred.
• Ability to plan and coordinate events and programs for residents.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist in tours as needed.
• Answer phones, route calls, and handle service-request follow-ups.
• Maintain guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/move-outs.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Develop and execute events and programs using the amenity spaces, with clear outcomes and metrics.
• Create and distribute a monthly calendar, newsletter, and resident communications.
