Qualifications

• Provides effective customer service to prospective and current tenants and property staff.
• Maintains knowledge of property functions to support residents and staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident functions and orientation for new residents at the property.
• Publish and manage the property newsletter with events and services.
• Handle resident issues, disputes and maintenance requests promptly.
• Schedule and manage clubhouse rentals and related fees, ensuring guest suites readiness.
• Process work orders for the maintenance team and verify completion with residents.
