Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join our Seattle property operations. You will support the leasing team with tours, collect rents, process invoices, and help maintain financial health of the community.

A strong customer service mindset and professional communication are essential. You will also assist in coordinating events, ensuring compliance with leases, and acting as on-site supervisor in the Community Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant property management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and payments; prepare deposits and vendor invoices.
• Assist leasing team with tours (virtual and in-person).
• Review and submit invoices for payment; manage delinencies and collections.
• Process resident move-outs and enforce lease terms; ensure compliance.
