Qualifications

• The Resident Services Coordinator provides effective customer service to prospective tenants, current tenants, and property staff.
• Overnight shift is required for this role.
• The position supports planning of resident activities and promotes a quality living experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resident functions and orientates residents to the property.
• Develops and publishes property newsletter with events and services.
• Handles resident issues including disputes and maintenance requests; prepares incident reports.
