Job summary

The Residences at Rainier Square within Greystar seeks an experienced Concierge Manager to lead the concierge and security services and manage resident relations on site.

You will collaborate with vendors and on-site staff, delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating daily operations, and contributing to a robust benefits package and housing discounts available to Greystar communities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the concierge team by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training.
• Manage the security company; adjust schedules; ensure holiday coverage.
• Implement and monitor the concierge program; address resident needs.
• Be the point of contact for resident relations; handle service requests and move-ins.
• Manage all packages, dry cleaning and delivery services.
• Inventory community supplies for common area amenities.
• Provide staff coverage calendars and lead periodic team meetings.
• Provide monthly budget projections for events and explain variances.
