Job summary

Essex is seeking a Community Relations Representative to serve as the primary in-person contact for residents, communicating through CRM and handling move-in/move-out processes with professionalism. The role requires onsite work at an Essex office, with some virtual communications when needed.

You'll collaborate with the Community Management Team to support operations, maintain high resident satisfaction, and assist with events across the property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and manage inquiries promptly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team in a high-volume hub.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications via the CRM system and respond to inquiries.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes including paperwork and ID checks.
• Address questions in person or virtually, ensuring timely responses.
• Support community operations and meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Organize and participate in resident events across properties.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and property information.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.
