Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management or CRM software.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications and inquiries via the CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes and related paperwork.
• Provide excellent resident experience with prompt, professional responses (in-person or virtual).
• Maintain portfolio knowledge and support community operations to meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Collaborate with the Community Management Team and assist in resident events.
