This role operates on-site at an Essex office in Fountain Valley, with virtual communication when needed. The position requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and collaboration with the Community Management Team to meet resident satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience recommended.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work on-site five days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents and inquiries.
• Manage communications via the CRM system and respond promptly.
• Facilitate move-in/move-out paperwork and ID checks in person or virtually.
• Support community operations and resident satisfaction targets.
• Assist in resident events and maintain confidentiality of information.
• Maintain knowledge of portfolio operations and comply with policies.
