You will work primarily in person in an Essex office, with some virtual communications, manage CRM tasks, support resident events, uphold Fair Housing and safety standards, and maintain high service levels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week.

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications and inquiries via the CRM system.
