Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Los Angeles to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and property staff. You will coordinate resident events, manage packages, newsletters, and address resident requests while supporting property operations.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in resident services or hospitality, and experience with Yardi. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday schedule, onsite work in a 260-unit lease-up community,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Resident Services experience (Hospitality background helpful).
• Proficiency using Yardi or similar property management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property and assisting with package delivery and claims.
• Develops and publishes property newsletter with planned events and resident services.
• Handles resident issues (neighbor disputes, maintenance, requests) and prepares incident reports.
• Schedules clubhouse rentals, maintains contracts, collects fees.
• Ensures guest suites are rental-ready and provides amenities (movies, books, games).
• Processes work orders and verifies timely completion; follows up with residents.
