Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current tenants and property staff. You will help plan resident activities, promote a quality living experience, and support staff with daily operations.

You will coordinate resident functions, publish newsletters, handle tenant inquiries, and assist with maintenance coordination and reporting. A flexible schedule and onsite focus are expected to ensure smooth community operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and tenant relations.
• Ability to coordinate events and activities for residents.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident functions and activities, including orienting residents to the property and assisting with utility setup.
• Develop and publish property newsletters with events, resident services, and advertisements.
• Handle resident issues, including disputes, maintenance requests, and incident reports per company standards.
• Schedule club and amenity rentals, manage contracts, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready for use.
