You will communicate repair timelines, provide updates, educate residents on apartment home features, and contribute to programs for resident retention and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to residents by addressing maintenance concerns, service requests, and rental issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Acts as primary contact for resident communication, offering timely updates during repairs and clarifying the scope of work.
• Keeps residents informed with follow-up calls and emails within 24 hours of completion to ensure satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
