Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver exemplary customer service to prospective and current residents and property staff. The role supports planning and executing resident activities and fosters a quality living experience across Greystar communities.

You will coordinate events, publish newsletters, resolve resident issues, manage rentals and fees, and oversee maintenance requests to ensure high satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities and orients residents to the property.
• Develops and publishes property newsletter with events and ads.
• Handles resident issues, maintenance, and requests with incident reports.
• Schedules rentals, collects fees, and arranges amenities for residents.
• Processes work orders and tracks maintenance responses.
• Inspects buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property, and assists with utility set-up and package delivery reminders.
• Develops and publishes property newsletter with planned events and resident services.
• Handles resident issues, including neighbor disputes and maintenance requests, with incident reports.
• Schedules clubhouse rentals, collects applicable fees, and maintains guest amenities.
• Processes maintenance work orders and ensures timely completion; follows up with residents.
• Inspects property for safety and cleanliness and communicates needs to maintenance.
