Job summary

Greystar is looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to support daily community management, resident retention, and event programming. You will work with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to coordinate move-ins, tours, and activities.

The role involves managing calendars, newsletters, and resident communications, as well as developing and evaluating programs to enhance the resident experience. This onsite position offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with tours and resident relations.
• Ability to coordinate events, programs and calendars.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours as needed.
• Answer calls, route inquiries, and assist with service requests.
• Maintain guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/outs.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents of arrivals.
• Develop and execute events and programs with assessment metrics.
• Create monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers; post on Resident Portal.
• Support sales and marketing program standards and budgeting discussions.
