Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our community and drive resident retention. You will partner with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to aid move-ins, coordinate programs and events, and assist with sales and marketing for the property.

You will greet prospects, assist tours, handle inquiries, manage deliveries, and create the monthly calendar and newsletters. The role offers robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Greets prospects and residents, assisting with tours as needed.
• Answers phone calls, routes inquiries, and supports service follow-ups.
• Maintains guest suite schedules, loading dock and elevator move-in/out timing.
• Produces monthly calendar, newsletters and flyers for residents.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects and residents and assists with tours.
• Responds to lifestyle emails and coordinates events and programs.
• Manages package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours.
• Ensures amenities are tour-ready and maintains vendor relationships.
• Develops event concepts and measures outcomes against targets.
• Assists with move-ins, budgets, and overall community sales/marketing efforts.
