Greystar is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants. This role collaborates with property staff to promote a high-quality living experience and coordinates resident activities while supporting packages and amenity services.

Responsibilities include developing newsletters, handling resident inquiries, managing maintenance requests, and assisting with scheduling events and rentals.

• Ability to manage resident requests and issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident functions and activities and assist with package delivery reminders.
• Develops and publishes property newsletters with events and resident services.
• Handles resident issues and requests and prepares incident reports.
• Schedules clubhouse rentals and collects applicable fees.
• Processes maintenance work orders and ensures timely completion.
• Inspects buildings for safety and cleanliness and notes needed repairs.
