Essex Property Trust, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Representative in Foster City, CA. You will be the primary in-person contact for residents, handling inquiries, coordinating move-in and move-out processes, and supporting the Community Management Team to ensure high resident satisfaction.

The role is on-site five days per week, with virtual communication when needed. Candidates should have strong customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities to operate in a high-volume hub.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• One year of customer service experience recommended.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents and prospective residents.
• Manage communications and inquiries via the CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes and required paperwork.
• Answer questions promptly and professionally, in-person or virtually as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of the assigned community portfolio and operations.
• Support community operations with the Community Management Team to meet customer satisfaction targets.
